Celia Desmond

Celia Desmond is President of World Class Telecommunications. Celia provides training and management consulting in telecommunications engineering and management to professionals within the communications field. With the University of Toronto, she created a Masters in Engineering in Telecommunications Program and Certificate Programs in Telecommunications Management. As Director, Industry Liaison at Stentor, she was the external technical linkage for the company to the technical environment. She developed and implemented service development and project governance processes. In Bell Canada, Celia provided strategic direction to corporate planners, ran technology trials, standardized equipment, performed traffic analysis, and provided technical support to large business clients. She received the Engineering Institute of Canada John B. Sterling Medal in 2000. Celia holds the M. Eng. from Carleton University, the B. Sc. from Queens University, an Ontario Teaching Certificate and a Project Management Professional (P.M.P.) certification. She is the author of Project Management for Telecommunications Managers, published by Kluwer Academic Publishers in 2003. Celia has taught kindergarten, high school, and courses at University of Toronto, Stevens Institute of Technology, and Ryerson University.

Peter Kuciak

Peter Kuciak is Vice President of Research & Development with March Networks. Prior to joining the company, he spent 18 years in the telecommunications industry. From 2000 to 2008, Peter was Director of R&D, Professional Services and Product Management with Ubiquity Software. Ubiquity Software was acquired by AVAYA in 2007.

David Ritonja

David Ritonja is responsible for Alcatel-Lucentís market leading DSL product line in North America, which currently exceeds 50% regional market share. Prior to this, David held executive roles in Product Development and Business Development.
David has over 15 years experience successfully bringing technology products to market in both entrepreneurial (start-up) and large multi-national corporate environments while employed respectively with Neuma Technology Corp., Lockeed-Martin and Alcatel-Lucent. David has also gained broad experience and expertise managing complex integration projects within defence programs during his term with the Canadian Forces and later, under contract with mobile wireless companies such as Telus Mobility and AT&T Wireless.
Prior to his commercial experience, David served as an Aerospace Engineering Officer within the Canadian Forces.
David holds a degree in Engineering Management from the Royal Military College of Canada.
